affiliated with New England HVAC & Controls and made a significant investment in the
company, which has allowed New England HVAC & Controls to reinforce and strengthen its

The mission of Gem Plumbing & Heating and New England HVAC is to be the leading
provider of installation, service, and repair for plumbing, heating, cooling, sprinkler,
drain cleaning, video inspection, electrical, sheet metal, mechanical and control systems
for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential as measured by our customer

Satisfaction Program (CSP). We strongly believe that our customer should be free to
focus their attention and efforts on their core businesses, and family and not
be sidetracked by unexpected facility and home maintenance problems. The Gem
Plumbing CSP combines predictive and preventative maintenance techniques,
emergency services, contract maintenance, emergency planning, energy optimization, and
support for moves, adds, and changes within the business or home environment. The Program
is a tool that gives our customers the freedom to concentrate their resources fully on
